The hotel is super close to the Aquarium of the Pacific and the Cruise Terminal, making it easy to explore. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our getaway. Just a heads up, make sure to book breakfast with your reservation to avoid unexpected charges.

We did have an issue with the noise from other guests, especially one night, which kept us up. It was a bit uncomfortable and took away from our experience.

I truly appreciated the spacious layout of my King Room, with tasteful decorations and a comfortable atmosphere that made it feel like home. The hotel was accessible for seniors, making it easy for me to navigate around.

This hotel was a strong match for a hurried visit in Long Beach with good value. I really enjoyed the USB ports on each nightstand for charging my phone. Don't forget to check out the restaurant in the lobby, even if the menu is a bit limited.

The room lighting left a lot to be desired, particularly over the coffee station and suitcase stand, making simple tasks a hassle at times. The USB port on the nightstand didn’t work, and I had to stretch the coffee machine’s power cord awkwardly just to set it up. Noise from the elevator echoed throughout the night, which might keep light sleepers awake. The sliding glass door had a flimsy lock. it was classified as 'unlocked' when I arrived, raising security concerns. The breakfast offered wasn’t much better than mediocre. overpriced for what was served, and the lobby coffee service ran dry without being refilled, leaving me a bit unsatisfied.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, easy walking distance to the beach and plenty of dining options. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and had a nice terrace that made it enjoyable to relax. I loved the USB ports available for charging devices, and the shower had excellent water pressure. However, I experienced some noise issues from adjacent rooms and hallways. It felt like the walls weren't as soundproof as I hoped. The breakfast at the on-site restaurant was quite pricey for what you got, which was disappointing given the overall quality of the stay. Also, I wish the parking fees were clearer upfront. Paying $25 for self-parking seemed a bit steep, especially for just one night. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which really helped ease some of the inconveniences I faced during my stay.

The room was cozy with a fantastic view, and having a private balcony was perfect for enjoying the fresh air. The amenities, including a mini-fridge and a flat-screen TV, made my stay comfortable and relaxing. Plus, the location was ideal for exploring downtown and its nearby attractions!

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

Enjoyed a comfortable three-night stay. The room was clean, and the bed made for a restful night’s sleep. The staff were friendly, but I had some issues with room lighting and the gym's temperature. Consider using local bike rentals for easy access around the city.

Comfortable room, convenient location, with an excellent temperature control system and effective room darkening curtains enhancing our stay while being just a short walk away from the beach attractions.

Cheap and scratchy toilet paper.

A highly modern facility with immaculate rooms and great amenities, including a lovely pool and outdoor jacuzzi for relaxation. The restaurant serves delicious hot wok dishes, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. However, there were some issues, a miscommunication about restaurant hours led to disappointment, and my friend's experience with service was uncomfortable due to her speech difficulties after a stroke. Despite the great location and comfortable accommodations, the service shortcomings impacted our overall enjoyment during our visit.

My recent stay was pretty disappointing. The food options were limited, and the restaurant didn't open when we expected, making us feel rushed. The lack of responsiveness was frustrating, especially when trying to understand the menu. we ended up going somewhere else nearby for dinner. Plus, the ambiance didn’t match the photos online, as the lobby looked much more vibrant and welcoming in the pictures. I wouldn’t choose this place again.
